This contemporary home design emerged from the development of a small lot infill property located in beautiful "Sidney by the sea". The main living area is located on the upper floor and was designed to take full advantage of the stunning ocean views. This level features an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining and great room with 12' ceiling. Early in the design process, it was paramount that every room enjoys a view of the ocean, including the primary suite. This design successfully accomplishes that.
